Southeastern Freight Trends: We’re seeing a slight decline in rates throughout the southeastern region. Van trailer and reefer rates are still higher right now then at any point last year. Truck capacity still remains tight with an almost 6 to 1 Load to truck ratio out of the Southeastern region.
